The Edge Personal Training studio is dedicated to providing the highest quality and most professional personal training services available in the fitness industry today.

All of our personal training services are custom tailored to each person’s individual needs, which is why we have been so successful at making sure each person reaches their goals.

We work with everyone from weight loss clients, to doctors, to brides-to-be, to youth athletes to professional athletes and no matter how great their goals are, we outline a plan to make it happen!

All personal training services are open to all ages and levels. No experience is necessary - just the will to achieve! One on one, semi-private, or group sessions are available at our studio, in home, office, or clinic format.

Why 30 Minute Sessions? Why not 45 minute or 60 minute sessions?

30 minutes is plenty of time to burn off hundreds of calories, burn fat, strengthen muscles and benefit from stress reduction. The Edge Personal Training offers a high intensity Metabolic Circuit full body, high energy exercise system that will push you to achieve your goals faster! It's like nothing else you have done before. Any level of fitness can benefit from this type of training because you get pushed within your limits.

Don't think 30 minutes is long enough? We think it is, but if you're not convinced we do offer longer sessions for the ultra-hardcore exerciser. If you were to go to a big box gym with a stop watch and time the actual amount of time someone spends exercising over an hour we think you'd be surprised. How much time is spent talking, texting, walking around, resting, etc...? You'll generally find most people only exercise about 19 minutes during an hour gym visit. Our sessions will push you over the entire 30 minutes resulting in you becoming more fit, lean and strong. Time is valuable which is the exact reason we like to give you the best results in the shortest amount of time.

After looking at each component of what a balanced workout should be comprised of we developed our formula of 30 minutes. Here's how it gets results:

30 Minute Session Breakdown

5 minutes: Dynamic Warm-up and Movement Preparation
(safely warms up the body in a way that stimulates the nervous system and muscles to  prepare them to work out and stay injury free)     

20 minutes: Customized Exercise Program
(there's no time for sitting around as we keep you moving through compound movements  involving supersets or tri-sets. This is the most efficient way to train your body by involving every  muscle in each workout. Your metabolic rate will sky rocket and your body will transform in a  matter of weeks. )                    

5 minutes: Integrative Flexibility or Interval Training
(our professionals will enhance your flexibility through hands-on PNF stretching, self  myofascial release rolling, as well as other techniques. The time may also be spent  performing intervals if your goal is body fat reduction.)

* each client is unique and every 30 minute session allows for the ability to customize your individual needs within the time frame.
